    Solid hold for my pompadour and that sweet barbershop scent is honestly the best part. My one gripe is it can set pretty stiff by the afternoon, bordering on helmet hair if I get heavy-handed with it.

    The shine is exactly what I want for a slicked-back look, glossy without tipping into greasy. Since it's water-based it rinses right out in the shower, and the hold keeps everything locked through a full workday.

    A little scoop goes a long way so the tin lasts forever, and I can just dampen my hands to restyle it midday. Wish it were a touch stronger for my finer hair, but the shine and scent keep pulling me back.

    Looked great in the morning but the hold gave out on me in humidity and my quiff was drooping by evening. The shine and easy washout are nice, but I expected it to hang on longer.
